It was all pomp and pageantry as Damilola Adanri hooked Olusola Obiyinka on Saturday, October, 15, 2016.
The engagement ceremony was held at Oremeji, Mokola, Oke Itunnu, Ibadan while the reception was held at the prestigious Mauve 21, Adeoyo Road, Ibadan started at 1:00pm with notable personalties came from all walks of life to witness the joyous occasion between both families.
The uncle of the groom, Mr. Sunday Obiyinka, Chief Executive Officer, Extension Publications while delivering his vote of thanks gives God all the glory for His protection over both families, He also thanks all the invitee guests for honouring their invitation.
The groom and bride were ushered in amidst parents, friends and well-wishers.
Earlier in his speech, the chairman of the occasion, Hon. (Dr.) Amuda Kannike admonished the couple that marriage is all about friendship and solidyfing their marriage basically on friendship. He further advised that there will be issues but they should learn how to forgive.
Popular Juju musician, Yinka James popularly called Adonai was on the band stand and dished out sonorous songs to the invitees as the MC of the day E.O.B of Fresh FM and Taiwo Obama were not left out in making sure that the invitees enjoy themselves to the fullest.
Some of the personalities that witnessed the elaborate party are: Hon (Dr) Amuda Kannike, Member, House of Representative (chairman of the occasion), Prince Femi Oyaro, Otunba Gabriel Afolabi, Otunba Bayo Sanni, Rev. Edward Kehinde Alabi and other prominent people.
