3rd Award Season: NIMOGSA To Honour Professionals in Nigeria

The Nigeria Model Green State Awards (NIMOGSA) has reiterated their commitment to give out awards to Individuals, Corporations, Groups, Organizations. NIMOGSA is a national award platform design to promote environmental consciousness and sustainability practices by awarding States of the Federation as well as relevant environmentally responsible. The NIMOGSA Environment Awards was established in 2010 as an annual campaign and awards event to promote, empower, and reward environmental best practice in Nigeria, and this award platform happens to be the first accredited platform setup in Nigeria by Mary-Elika Foundation and supported by Federal Ministry of Environment to help create awareness about environmental issues. Speaking in London, United Kingdom, the CEO of Mary Elika Foundation, a former Nigerian Diplomat, Cmrd Mary said, “this is our contribution towards making our communities and nation a better place, to change the narratives about how Nigerians treats their environments, pollution challenges, eco degradation and build positive worthy stories especially on the United Nations global environmental policies and goals.” "Former awardees came from diverse organisations and across the country in the listed categories.
