Faces @ The Tributes/Service of Songs In Honour Of Late Ms. Bola Davies
A Day tributes/service of songs was held in honour of late Ms Bolanle Olufunke Davies today, November 2, 2016 at the prestigious Mauve 21 Event Centre.
Some of the guests that attended the memorial service were: Diran Odeyemi, Bashy Kuti, Seye Kehinde, Publisher, City People Magazine, Yinka Agboola, Publisher, Parrot Xtra Magazine, Akeem Azeez, Public Relations Officer, Social Democratic Party, Taiwo Obama and others.
Her Biography:
Bola Davies, as she was popularly known started her work career at the defunct bellview Airlines before she cut her teeth in journalism over 18 years ago. An award-winning journalist with many published articles, Bola Davies began as a reporter at City People Magazine, Nigeria’s oldest softsell magazine in the early 2000s. For her meritorious contributions at the media house, she rose through the ranks Assistant Editor and was appointed Bureau Chief, south West (Nigeria. Her last designation was Deputy Editor.
