The split between Arsenal fans has just got a lot bigger after a ‘Wexit’ banner made its debut before the Gunners’ FA Cup clash with Lincoln City. A group of fans protested against Arsene Wenger’s reign outside the Emirates Stadium before the 5-1 defeat to Bayern Munich on Tuesday evening. And they were back out in full force on Saturday afternoon as they marched towards the ground urging the Frenchman to call time on his 21-year stint at the club.

But even Arsenal fans are admitting that the appearance of a ‘Wexit’ banner has turned the protests into a bit of a joke.
