BREAKING NEWS! KIDNAPPERS DEN UNCOVERED IN IBADAN

The Area of Liberty Academy, Odo Ona Elewe, Orita Challenge, Ibadan was earlier today thrown into pandemonium when the state's anti-kidnapping squad stormed the hideout of the kidnappers located in the area.

The den which was just a stone throw to the house of the former aide of the Oyo State Governor, Sen. Abiola Ajimobi, Hon. Gbolagade Abiodun, Glitter news online learned that it has been used by the kidnappers for their unlawful activities for quite some times.

According to our correspondent, the burble burst when the kidnappers who, in their usual practices, kept their kidnapped victims in their den after which they contacted the victims' families demanding for ransoms before they could release the victims to them.

Glitter news online gathered that, the victims’ family had paid N3,000,000 while the kidnappers demanded for additional N2,000,000.

The family of the victims, thereafter, reported the incidence to the anti-kidnapping squad which immediately swung into action. It was gathered the victims were rescued unhurt during the operation but the ring-leader of the gang was escaped through fence.

Policemen, however, have arrested the gang leader's wife and children while his property has been seized by the police. Police PRO was unable to pick the call as at the time of filing the result.
