Suspension of SGF, DG NIA: Group Commends President Buhari’s Action

The Buhari Media Support Group (BMSG) led by its Protem Chairman, Hon. Austin Braimoh has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for the action taken to address the discovery of about N13 billion found at Osbourne Road Ikoyi Lagos by Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The group said that the action which includes the suspension of the Director General of National Intelligence Agency, Ambassador Ayo Oke based non allegations that the money recovered by the EFCC was purportedly kept by the agency depicts PMB’s statement when he took his oath of office that “he is for nobody but for everybody’’.

The group said that the suspensions would lead to a thorough investigation of the allegations, just as it would lend credence to the transparent war the Federal Government is waging against corruption.
