Former heavyweight world champion Larry Holmes has urged Anthony Joshua to have lots of sex before his big title fights. The 28-year-old fights this Saturday at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium against Carlos Takam. It will be Joshua’s 20th professional fight and the Brit has so far assembled a perfect knockout record. Holmes is considered one of the best ever heavyweight champions and had some sage advice for Joshua. ‘If I had to give him one piece of advice it would be this – get laid a week before each fight,’ Holmes told Declan Taylor in the Independent. ‘You need to relax.
